Eliza Fletcher’s cause of death revealed in autopsy

The autopsy report of Eliza Fletcher, a Tennessee kindergarten teacher who was kidnapped and murdered this month

uncovered that she passed on from a discharge twisted to the head.

The 34-year-old mother of two experienced two gruff power injury to her right leg and was shot toward the rear of her head from an "uncertain" range

according to the autopsy completed by the West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center in Memphis.
